Position Summary & Overview
Confidential Client is hiring Entry-Level to Experienced Teachers for the 2026–27 school year. This in-person K–12 charter school teaching role is ideal for candidates who want to launch or grow a classroom career with strong training, coaching, and a clear pathway to leadership. You do not need prior classroom experience or teaching certification — we will provide intensive training and on-the-job coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver lessons that align with curriculum standards and learning objectives.
- Use varied instructional strategies and classroom technologies to engage learners.
- Manage a classroom of 20+ students, maintaining structure and high expectations.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and observations; give timely feedback.
- Keep accurate records of student performance and growth.
- Establish and enforce classroom routines and behavior expectations.
- Communicate regularly with students’ families and collaborate with colleagues and school leaders.

Compensation
- Compensation Range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact pay depends on experience and role placement). This range is provided in compliance with applicable pay‑transparency requirements.
