Role overview
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level to experienced K-12 educators for the 2026–27 school year in New York City. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about student growth, welcome strong training and coaching, and want rapid career development in a high-performing charter school environment.
What You’ll Do
- Study and implement lesson plans that align with the provided curriculum and standards.
- Deliver engaging instruction using a variety of strategies and classroom technologies.
- Manage a classroom of 20+ scholars, maintaining high academic and behavioral expectations.
- Assess student progress through assignments, quizzes, and observations; provide timely feedback.
- Keep accurate records of student performance and use data to inform instruction.
- Establish and enforce classroom procedures to maintain a productive learning environment.
- Communicate regularly with students, families, and colleagues about student progress and shared goals.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams, school leaders, and support staff to support scholar success.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree completed prior to your first day of work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to student learning and development.
- Ability to work in person in New York City.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base compensation range: $65,000—$75,000 USD (exact offer depends on experience and skills).
