What You’ll Do
This entry-level role blends field work and remote tasks to support environmental investigations and remediation oversight for the Confidential Client. You’ll receive paid training and hands‑on mentorship with a clear advancement path (E-1 → E-2 → PM-1).
- Assist with asbestos, lead paint, mold and PCB inspections and remediation oversight
- Support Legionella investigations, indoor air quality (IAQ) assessments and environmental property evaluations
- Assist with excavation monitoring, concrete characterization sampling and community air monitoring
- Maintain project logs, chain-of-custody documentation and field monitoring sheets
- Prepare and contribute to technical reports and site documentation
- Develop client-facing skills and project-management fundamentals
Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Punctual, able to work independently and as part of a team
- Medically cleared to wear a respirator (required)
- Comfortable with ~90% field work plus telecommuting tasks
- Willingness to complete paid training and professional development
Compensation & Work Details
- Location: Chestnut, NJ (work is field-based with telecommuting components)
- Employment type: Full‑time
- Estimated pay: $79,099 per year (estimated)
- Paid training and a defined promotion track (E-1 → E-2 after ~1 year; PM-1 after 2+ years)
