Role & Responsibilities

Support reliability engineering activities for advanced CMOS technology nodes as part of the Q&R FEOL TQR team. This is an entry-level engineering role focused on learning and contributing to long-term chip-level reliability.

• Reliability modeling and monitoring
• Support senior engineers on new technology development and qualification
• Receive training and execute wafer-level reliability tests, analyze data, and interpret results for product reliability
• Prepare clear documentation and reports of findings for internal teams

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred: Electrical Engineering, Electronics & Computer Engineering, Materials Science & Engineering)
• 0–1 year of relevant experience (entry-level)
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Willingness to learn wafer-level test execution, data analysis, and reliability interpretation
• Effective communication and ability to work with senior team members and cross-functional partners

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $76,000 — $95,000 per year (individual base pay will depend on duties, location, education, skills, and experience)
