What You’ll Do
This role supports engineering, design, and construction activities for power-related systems. You'll work with cross-functional teams to support project planning, cost estimation, design development, and construction execution while following industry and regulatory standards.
- Apply engineering principles, design criteria, and discipline-specific software to support design and construction of power systems
- Support preparation of project estimates, design alternatives, and construction specifications
- Review and evaluate contractor-developed designs, cost estimates, and construction packages for quality and compliance
- Assist in development and maintenance of engineering design standards and criteria
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, construction, and maintenance teams during project execution
- Support procurement and estimate material requirements for assigned projects
- Prepare and transmit construction packages and technical documentation
- Promote and follow company and regulatory safety practices in all activities
Qualifications (Required)
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- 0–5 years of related engineering experience (entry-level through early career)
- Fundamental knowledge of engineering principles and practices
- Basic problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to follow established procedures and make routine decisions with supervisory guidance
- Basic proficiency with discipline-specific engineering/design software
