What You’ll Do

You will support the estimating function for power distribution projects at a confidential client’s on-site office in Canton, OH. Work under experienced estimators to produce accurate bid packages and support project costing.

• Support entry-level electrical estimating within power distribution
• Assist with cost analysis and material/labor takeoffs
• Read electrical schematics and drawings to identify scope and quantities
• Help build clear, accurate estimates and proposals
• Coordinate with project teams to confirm assumptions and pricing
• Participate in training and knowledge-sharing to grow estimating skills

Who You Are

This role suits a recent graduate or early-career candidate with technical training and some exposure to estimating or cost analysis.

• Associate’s degree (minimum) or Bachelor’s degree in electrical, construction management, engineering technology, or a related field
• Some exposure to estimating, cost analysis, or reading electrical schematics
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, on-site availability (Monday–Friday)

• Salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year (actual pay depends on experience and skills)
