Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Electrical Engineer to join their engineering team supporting energy and infrastructure projects. This full-time role is remote-friendly (telecommute) with required in-person Day 1 onboarding at a local office. The position focuses on developing core electrical design and analytical skills while working under the supervision of experienced engineers.
What You’ll Do
- Build foundational analytic and electrical design skills on real projects.
- Assist in engineering design tasks under supervision.
- Create designs, calculations, sketches, schematic diagrams, and working drawings.
- Collect, analyze, and document field and design data.
- Use engineering software and CAD tools to solve basic problems and produce deliverables.
- Help ensure work meets schedule and budget targets under guidance.
Qualifications
Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
Preferred
- Internship, co-op, or relevant project experience.
- Familiarity with CAD software and basic engineering tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: USD 75,000 — USD 90,000 per year (range provided by the confidential client).
