Position overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level - Early Childhood Aide in Eden Prairie, MN to support children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental needs. This is an entry-level, full-time role (Monday–Friday daytime schedule) offering paid training, supervision, and opportunities for career growth. No prior ABA experience is required — comprehensive training and support are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Work 1:1 with children ages 2–7 in a clinical or center-based setting using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) approaches.
• Implement and track therapeutic goals, collect progress data, and follow treatment plans.
• Engage children with play, movement, singing, reading, and other developmentally appropriate activities to build social, communication, self-care, and safety skills.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with supervisors, team members, and families about progress and needs.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating therapy environment.

Compensation & Hours

• Starting pay range: $18.00 to $21.63 per hour, depending on experience and education.
• Full-time schedule typically Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends.
• Paid training and certification support (RBT certification assistance provided).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, or related field preferred.
• No prior experience required — previous childcare, paraprofessional, or behavioral health experience is a plus.
• A passion for working with young children, especially those with developmental challenges or autism spectrum disorder.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to pass required background checks.
• Commitment to diversity, inclusion, and professional teamwork.
