Role Overview

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional to join a clinical team delivering play-based ABA therapy for young children. This is a full-time, daytime role based in Parker, CO. Paid training and full coverage for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions for children ages ~18 months to 8 years using play, movement, games and hands-on activities
• Follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple session data
• Keep therapy spaces clean, organized, and safe
• Stay active and engaged during sessions (frequent sitting, standing, crouching, floor work)
• Collaborate with clinicians and support staff to reinforce consistent goals and progress
• Occasionally provide short-term coverage at nearby clinics as needed

Schedule & Start

• Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (predictable daytime hours; no nights). Optional Saturdays based on patient needs.
• Start: Immediate openings available

Compensation

• Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
• First raise after earning RBT certification

Key Qualifications

• At least 18 years old
• Bachelor’s degree required — proof of degree (diploma or official transcript) must be provided before an offer is finalized
• Comfortable lifting up to 30 lbs
• Able to frequently sit, stand, crouch and get on/off the floor
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team-oriented and flexible to provide occasional coverage at nearby locations

• Childcare or education experience (nanny, babysitter, preschool teacher, camp counselor, tutor)
• Prior behavioral health, paraprofessional, or caregiver roles
• Background in psychology, child development, or health sciences
