What You’ll Do
- Work one-on-one with children (ages ~18 months to 8 years) delivering play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
- Follow individualized treatment plans and collect simple session data.
- Use games, movement, reading, and hands-on activities to teach communication, social, and independence skills.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy space.
- Stay active and engaged during sessions and collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
- Occasionally support nearby clinics if coverage is needed.
Who You Are / Requirements
- At least 18 years old.
- Bachelor's degree required — proof of degree (diploma or official transcript) will be requested prior to hire.
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and maintain an active pace when working with young children.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Willing to complete paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 20 days of hire.
- Childcare, education, paraprofessional, or behavioral-health experience is a plus but not required (examples: nanny, preschool teacher, camp counselor, QMHP, behavioral health tech, caregiver, tutor).
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay (based on education & prior ABA experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00–$25.50 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $20.00–$28.00 per hour
- Paid training and fully covered RBT certification.
- Guaranteed full-time hours.

Schedule & Location
