What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring Entry-Level Direct Support Professionals to deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to young children (approximately 18 months to 8 years). You will work directly with individualized treatment plans under supervision, collect session data, and support skill-building through play and hands-on activities.
- Follow personalized treatment plans and collect basic session data
- Teach skills using play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities
- Stay active, engaged, and physically involved during sessions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy space
- Collaborate with clinic teammates and support occasional coverage needs at nearby sites
- Participate in paid training and complete RBT certification as required
Qualifications & Requirements
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree (proof of degree required as part of hiring verification). We welcome applicants from a variety of backgrounds; prior ABA experience is helpful but not required.
- Minimum age: 18 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree required — diploma or official transcript showing degree awarded must be provided before an offer is finalized
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and to frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor
- Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 20 days of hire
- Experience that’s a plus (not required): childcare, paraprofessional, behavioral health, psychology, child development, or related health sciences roles
Compensation & Benefits
Pay is competitive and varies based on education and ABA experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour

Schedule & Location
