Position Snapshot
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional (DSP) to deliver play-based ABA therapy to young children. This is a full-time, daytime clinic role in Castle Rock, CO. Paid training and RBT certification are provided; candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree and be prepared to verify educational credentials during hiring.
Schedule & Location
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (predictable daytime hours; no nights).
- Optional Saturdays as needed.
- Clinic location: Castle Rock, CO (1585 South Perry Street, Castle Rock, CO 80104).
Salary & Compensation
To comply with Colorado pay-transparency practices, pay is shown clearly by education level:
- Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
You’ll also be eligible for your first raise after earning your RBT certification. Exact starting pay is based on education and prior ABA experience.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver one-on-one, play-based ABA therapy to children ages ~18 months to 8 years.
- Follow individualized treatment plans and collect basic session data.
- Use play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities to teach skills.
- Stay active and engaged during sessions; maintain a safe, organized therapy space.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to support child progress and family goals.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 18 years of age.
- Bachelor’s degree required — diploma or official transcript will be required for verification before an offer is final.
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor.
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and ability to maintain an active pace with young children.
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
- Team-oriented mindset; may occasionally provide coverage at nearby clinics.
Training & Experience
- No prior ABA experience required — paid training provided.
- RBT certification fully covered by the employer (paid).
- Experience that’s a plus (not required): childcare, paraprofessional roles, behavioral health technician, tutoring, or related study in Psychology/Child Development/Health Sciences.
