What You’ll Do
You will provide one‑on‑one play‑based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children (approximately 18 months–8 years), following individualized treatment plans and collecting session data. Typical duties include:
- Follow personalized treatment plans and record simple session data
- Use play, movement, reading, games, and hands‑on activities to teach new skills
- Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and attend briefings or case meetings as required
- Occasionally support nearby clinics if coverage needs arise
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum requirements for consideration:
- At least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s degree (proof of degree required — diploma or official transcript)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and comfortably sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor frequently
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and an active, patient approach when working with young children
- Willingness to complete paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 20 days of hire (certification costs fully covered)
- Clear criminal background and other checks as required by state and federal law
Experience that’s a plus (not required):
- Childcare (nanny, preschool teacher, camp counselor), tutoring, paraprofessional, caregiver, or related roles
- Coursework or degree in Psychology, Child Development, or Health Sciences
- Previous exposure to ABA or behavioral health settings
Compensation & Benefits
Pay (based on education & prior ABA experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (predictable daytime hours; occasional Saturdays based on client needs)
