Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry‑Level Direct Support Professional to deliver play‑based ABA therapy to children ages ~18 months–8 years. This is a full‑time, in‑center role based in Burnsville, MN. Paid training and fully covered Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification are provided. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree; degree verification will be required during the hiring process.
What You’ll Do
- Follow individualized treatment plans and collect session data
- Deliver play‑based ABA therapy using games, movement, reading and hands‑on activities
- Keep sessions active and engaging while maintaining a safe, organized therapy space
- Collaborate with clinicians and team members to support client progress
- Occasionally support nearby clinics if coverage is needed
Pay & Benefits
- Pay (based on education & prior ABA experience):
- Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
- Master’s Degree: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour
- Guaranteed full‑time hours

Schedule & Location

- Location: Burnsville, MN — in‑center role (not remote)
- Start date: Immediate openings available
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Bachelor’s degree required — proof of degree (diploma or official transcript) must be provided prior to an offer
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and move on/off the floor frequently
- Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and maintaining an active pace with young children
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
- Childcare, paraprofessional, behavioral‑health, or related experience is a plus but not required
Training & Growth
- No prior ABA experience required — paid onboarding and hands‑on training provided
- Clear advancement paths (e.g., Clinical Administrator, Operations Manager, BCBA roles)
- First raise typically awarded after earning RBT certification
