What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Direct Support Professional to deliver play‑based ABA therapy one-on-one with children (ages ~18 months–8 years). In this role you will:

• Follow individualized treatment plans and accurately collect simple session data.
• Use play, movement, reading, games, and hands-on activities to teach new skills.
• Stay active and engaged throughout therapy sessions.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
• Collaborate with a supportive, multi-disciplinary team focused on child progress.
• Occasionally support nearby clinics as needed to cover clients.

Minimum Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Bachelor's degree (proof of degree required — diploma or official transcript).
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and frequently sit, stand, crouch, and get on/off the floor.
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a team mindset.
• Willingness to complete paid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification within 20 days of hire.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree: $20.00 – $25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $20.00 – $28.00 per hour

• Location: On-site at 8330 W 80th Ave, Arvada, CO 80005 (primary job location: Arvada, CO). This is not a remote role.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (predictable daytime hours; optional Saturdays as needed).
• Start date: Immediate openings available.
