What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an entry-level Digital Delivery Professional to support Revit applications and Autodesk Forma administration across Life Sciences projects. You will work alongside project teams and senior digital delivery leaders to help maintain BIM standards, support project delivery, and improve adoption of digital tools.

• Support BIM implementation on projects, including development and execution of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), project workflows, standards, and digital delivery requirements.
• Provide technical support to project teams: maintain Revit standards, templates, and families; troubleshoot modeling and documentation issues.
• Conduct model quality reviews to ensure compliance with established standards and support interdisciplinary coordination and model exchanges with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Assist with Autodesk Forma administration: project setup, permissions, folder structures, document management, collaboration workflows, and template maintenance.
• Support process improvements and automation initiatives to increase team efficiency and standardize workflows.
• Develop or contribute to training materials, support onboarding and user adoption, and participate in coordination and collaboration meetings.

What We're Looking For (Minimum Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in BIM, Digital Delivery, or Design Technology.
• Familiarity with Autodesk Revit and basic BIM workflows.
• Ability to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary project teams.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to applying digital standards and QA/QC practices.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

• Proficiency with Autodesk Forma administration and collaboration features.
• Experience with Revizto or similar model coordination tools.
• Exposure to Dynamo or other automation/scripting tools to support productivity improvements.
• Prior involvement in large, multidisciplinary design projects or the Life Sciences sector.
• Interest in learning and expanding into digital delivery leadership or model automation.

Compensation & Location

• Estimated base pay: $64,049 per year (estimated).
• Location: Conshohocken, PA (on-site / project-support role; details about hybrid or remote work will be shared by the hiring team).
