What You’ll Do

This Entry Level Digital Delivery Professional will support Revit applications and Autodesk Forma administration across Life Sciences projects. You will work with project teams and senior digital delivery leads to operationalize BIM workflows, maintain standards and templates, and help drive adoption of digital tools across the design lifecycle.

• Support BIM implementation across projects, including creating and executing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), defining project workflows, and documenting digital delivery requirements.
• Maintain and update Revit standards, templates, and families; troubleshoot modeling and documentation issues.
• Conduct model quality reviews and ensure compliance with established BIM standards.
• Support interdisciplinary coordination, model exchanges, and collaboration with clients, consultants, and vendors.
• Administer Autodesk Forma projects: project setup, permissions, folder structures, document management, collaboration workflows, and template maintenance.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through process improvements and automation initiatives.
• Contribute to training and onboarding by developing user guides, running onboarding sessions, and supporting user adoption.
• Participate in project coordination meetings and support project delivery from a digital tools perspective.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Technology, or a closely related discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in BIM, digital delivery, or design technology (entry-level candidates encouraged).
• Ability to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to support multiple project teams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining BIM standards and model quality.
• Comfortable troubleshooting software issues and learning new digital tools.

Nice-to-Have / Preferred

• Knowledge of Autodesk Revit.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma (administration or project setup).
• Familiarity with BIM standards and BEP development.
• Exposure to Revizto or other model coordination platforms.
• Basic exposure to Dynamo or other scripting/automation tools.
• Experience supporting large, multidisciplinary design or life sciences projects.

Compensation & Location

• Estimated base salary: $47,397 per year (estimated).
• Employment type: Full-time.
• Location: Cary, NC (27512). This role is expected to be performed onsite or hybrid as required by project needs.
