What You’ll Do
Our confidential client is seeking an Entry-Level Dental Sales Representative to grow market presence in Manhattan, NY. This is a doorstep-to-decision-maker sales role focused on building relationships with dental practices and driving product adoption across an assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dental offices and key decision-makers (dentists, office managers, clinical staff)
- Promote and sell a portfolio of dental products and solutions to general and specialty dental practices
- Educate customers on product features, clinical benefits, and best-use practices
- Prospect and qualify new accounts to build a consistent sales pipeline
- Manage activity and opportunity details in a CRM; provide regular reporting to the sales manager
- Attend occasional trade shows, trainings, and team meetings
- Travel within the assigned territory; maintain a professional, clinical-minded sales presence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior dental clinical experience (Dental Hygienist or Dental Assistant) strongly preferred
- Any prior sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter with initiative, accountability, and a desire to learn in a sales environment
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $42,000 annually
- Bonus Target: Up to $5,000 annually based on performance
