Overview
Confidential client (via Careertakes) is hiring entry-level technologists for full-time roles that combine hands-on project work, technical training, certification preparation, and interview coaching. Candidates will be placed on software-engineering or data-focused tracks (Java full-stack, Python/Java development, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, ML/AI) and receive practical experience designed to bridge the gap between academic projects and employer expectations.
What You’ll Do
- Work on real development or data projects aligned to your chosen track (Java full-stack, data science, or ML).
- Build services using Core/Advanced Java, Spring Boot and microservices where applicable.
- Develop data pipelines and analytics workflows using Python, SQL and standard data tools.
- Prepare for cloud and platform certifications (Oracle, AWS, Azure) with employer-sponsored study resources.
- Practice and improve technical interviewing skills: data structures & algorithms (DSA), coding assessments, system-design basics, and behavioral interview responses.
- Receive direct feedback and coaching aimed at converting interviews into offers.

- Posted salary range (from source): $78,000 - $136,000 per year
- Program note: candidates who complete the training-to-hire pathway have historically seen starting offers in a broader range (reported examples: ~$86k–$155k depending on track and offer). These figures are illustrative of prior outcomes and not a guaranteed offer.
