  • Write reproducible analysis and model code using Python (pandas, scikit-learn) or equivalent tools.
  • Produce clear visualizations and reports to translate technical results into business recommendations.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product stakeholders to move models toward production and monitor model performance.
  • Document analyses, assumptions, and model decisions; follow reproducible-data workflows and version control.
  • Participate in junior-to-mid level cross-functional meetings and contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum qualifications (good-faith, non-discriminatory requirements):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field — or equivalent practical experience.
  • 0–2 years of hands-on experience performing data analysis or building predictive models (internships, capstone projects, or coursework count).
  • Proficiency in Python and SQL.
  • Practical experience with pandas, numpy, scikit-learn, or comparable libraries.
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and clear written + verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and effectively present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.; candidates on F-1 OPT/STEM OPT may be considered — Confidential Client may provide immigration support on a case-by-case basis.

Preferred / nice-to-have skills:

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, or Tableau).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or containerization (Docker).
  • Experience with model monitoring, basic MLOps practices, or SQL-based reporting/BI workflows.
  • Coursework or projects in machine learning, statistics, or applied data science.

Compensation & Employment Type

  • Employment type: FULL_TIME.
  • Estimated salary (from source data): $182,023 per year — estimated. Actual compensation will be set by the Confidential Client and may vary by location and candidate experience.
  • Benefits may include standard IT-sector offerings (healthcare, paid time off, training/development) — exact details provided by the Confidential Client during the interview/offer stage.

Why Candidates Like This Opportunity

  • Structured pathway from early-career projects to more advanced analytics and ML work.
  • Mentorship and on-the-job learning with engineers and product teams.
  • Opportunity to build production-ready ML experience and strengthen technical portfolio.
  • Consideration for candidates transitioning into tech from other roles or recent graduates.
