What You’ll Do
As an Entry-Level Data Analyst you will take raw data and turn it into actionable insights, reports, and dashboards that help business teams make data-driven decisions.
- Collect, clean, organize, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Perform data extraction and manipulation using SQL
- Use Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data cleaning, analysis, and reporting
- Create dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business performance
- Validate data accuracy and maintain data quality
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly analytical reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
- Support senior analysts with analytical projects and ad-hoc reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables
- Familiarity with Power BI or Tableau for building dashboards and visualizations
- Experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation (or strong willingness to learn)
- Understanding of data cleaning, data visualization, and basic statistical concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Good communication and presentation skills to explain findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
