Overview

Confidential Client (Technology / IT Services) is hiring an Entry Level Data Analyst for full-time, remote-friendly roles based in Minerva Park / Columbus, OH. Estimated compensation: $68,586 per year (estimated).

What You’ll Do

• Support data collection, cleaning, and validation for client projects
• Assist in analysis using Python, statistical methods, and data-visualization tools
• Create clear charts and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Work with engineers and team members to implement data-driven solutions
• Contribute to project work and present results in written and verbal formats
• Learn on the job and expand your technical skill set to meet client needs

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related science/IT field
• Project experience demonstrating practical application of analytical or programming skills
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and technically inquisitive mindset
• Experience with programming (Python or Java as used on projects) and software development lifecycle understanding
• Knowledge of statistics, SAS or Python for analysis, and familiarity with data-visualization tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred / Nice-to-have

• Experience with Tableau or PowerBI for dashboarding and reporting
• Familiarity with NLP, text mining, or TensorFlow (for data science / ML roles)
• Prior internship or project work in data analysis, data science, or machine learning
• Exposure to data visualization best practices and storytelling with data
