What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Data Analyst to support data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting that help drive business decisions. This is an entry-level role ideal for candidates beginning a career in data analytics.

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations for business stakeholders
• Identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights from datasets
• Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data accuracy
• Support business teams with ad-hoc data requests and regular reporting needs
• Document analysis processes and maintain reporting documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects
• Help improve data quality and reporting efficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 0–2 years of professional experience (any field) — entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Clear written and verbal communication; ability to document processes
• Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Preferred: familiarity with spreadsheets and foundational query/BI concepts (e.g., Excel, basic SQL or BI tools) — nice to have, not required
