What You’ll Do

Note: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

You will support business decisions and operational efficiency by collecting, processing, analyzing, and visualizing data. This entry-level Data Analyst role is hands-on: you’ll work with large datasets, help build ETL pipelines and dashboards, and partner with cross-functional teams to translate data into actionable insights.

• Build and optimize data pipelines and ETL workflows to ensure reliable data ingestion and integration.
• Analyze datasets with Python and SQL to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Implement basic predictive and forecasting models to inform business planning.
• Automate regular reports and data workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Validate and monitor data quality; document validation checks and remediation steps.
• Perform root-cause analysis on performance or operational issues using data.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings in clear, business-focused terms.
• Maintain documentation for data processes, models, and reporting systems.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience or coursework with Python and SQL for data analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret complex data and present clear insights.
• Experience working with databases or large datasets (projects, internships, or coursework acceptable for entry level).
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for working with stakeholders.

Preferred (Nice-to-have)

• Experience building or maintaining ETL/data pipeline workflows.
• Familiarity with statistical methods and basic predictive modeling.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms or modern data-stack tools.
• Prior internship or project experience producing dashboards and automated reports.

Compensation

• Estimated pay shown on the original posting: $83,959 per year (estimated). Exact compensation will be provided by the Confidential Client during the hiring process.
