What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring for an entry-level Customer Success role in Salt Lake City, UT. This position is part of a structured training program combining customer experience, basic banking/finance knowledge, and professional development with an internship placement. As an entry-level Customer Success trainee you will:
- Learn customer-facing best practices and product/service knowledge through classroom and on-the-job training.
- Build relationships with customers and internal teams to resolve inquiries and deliver an excellent customer experience.
- Complete finance- and banking-focused modules to prepare for internships in financial services and related fields.
- Practice professional skills — communication, interview prep, resume workshops, and networking.
- Participate in a paid internship phase (stipend provided) to apply learned skills in a real workplace environment.
Who We’re Looking For
We want motivated candidates who are ready to learn and grow in a customer-facing role. Ideal candidates will have:
- High school diploma or GED (no bachelor’s degree required).
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Availability Monday–Friday for the duration of the program and training schedule.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset.
- A willingness to learn basic finance/banking concepts and professional business communication.
- An entrepreneurial attitude — comfortable with initiative, teamwork, and a structured training path.
Program Details & Compensation
- Estimated annual compensation during program/training: $43,139 (estimated).
- Internship phase stipend: $525 per week during the internship period.
- Program length: one year or less (combines classroom training + internship placement).
- Career pathways after completion may include financial advisory, sales specialist, product support, and sales operations/analytics.
- 72% of program graduates are employed and/or enrolled in postsecondary education within four months of graduation; employed graduates report an average starting salary of approximately $55,000 per year.
Internship placements are coordinated with leading financial and professional organizations in the Salt Lake City area. Confidential Client provides coaching, resume support, and placement assistance to help graduates transition to paid roles.
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required).
- Eligible to work in the United States (required).
- Ability to participate full-time (Monday–Friday) for the program period.
- No prior bachelor’s degree required.
- Demonstrated motivation, strong communication, and willingness to follow a structured curriculum and coaching.
