Role Overview

Confidential Client is recruiting candidates for an Entry Level Customer Success training pathway based in Riverton, UT. This is a cohort-based, paid training program (up to one year) that combines classroom instruction, hands-on internship experience with regional employer partners, and career-placement support. During the internship phase, participants may receive a weekly educational stipend and access to job placement services.


What You’ll Learn & Do

This training pathway prepares you for customer-facing roles across financial services and technology support. Key learning areas and responsibilities include:

  • Product and service knowledge development
  • Building a customer-centric mindset and professional communication skills
  • Banking fundamentals and customer success best practices
  • Hands-on internship work with partner employers (example partners in the region may include large financial institutions)
  • Interviewing, resume building, networking, and job search support
  • Exposure to sales operations, analytics, and product support workflows

Who Should Apply

You should apply if you meet the program eligibility and are excited to launch a customer-facing career:

  • High school diploma or GED recipient
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. (proof of work authorization will be required)
  • Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
  • Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program (full-time cohort schedule)
  • Highly motivated to learn both technical and professional skills
  • Passionate about building relationships and comfortable working in team and client-facing settings

Compensation & Schedule

  • Estimated annual salary (for comparable entry roles): $49,296 per year — estimated
  • Internship/stipend during the internship phase: educational stipend approximately $525 per week (during internship phase)
  • Program length: up to one year (cohort-based, full-time, Monday–Friday)
  • Exact compensation and schedule for placements will depend on internship host and role
