Overview

Confidential Client is hiring for an entry-level Customer Success / Customer Experience training opportunity. This role is part of a short-term, intensive training program that combines classroom instruction, hands-on internships, and placement support to prepare candidates for customer-facing roles in banking, financial services, and other client-service organizations.

What You’ll Learn

• Product and service knowledge for customer-facing roles
• Customer-centric communication and problem-solving skills
• Professional business skills: email, phone, and in-person etiquette
• Basic finance and banking fundamentals relevant to customer success
• Interviewing, resume building, networking, and job search strategies

Program Activities & Responsibilities

• Participate in classroom training and workshops focused on Customer Experience and Banking fundamentals
• Complete career-development modules (resume writing, mock interviews, networking)
• Engage in team-based projects and role-playing to practice customer interactions
• If selected, complete an internship with a partner organization and apply training in a live environment
• Track progress and attend regular coaching / mentoring sessions

Who Should Apply / Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship provided through this posting)
• Candidates who have not obtained a bachelor’s degree are eligible (this program targets non-degree candidates)
• Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program (schedules are primarily in-person)
• Motivated to learn technical and professional skills and willing to participate in internships and placement activities
• You may be asked to answer additional screening questions during the application process

Compensation & Benefits

• Educational internship stipend: $525 per week during the internship phase
