What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring for an entry-level Customer Success opportunity in Schiller Park, IL. This role is part of a focused training pathway that blends technical and professional development with a paid internship and career placement support.

• Support customer-facing activities and develop a customer-centric mindset
• Learn core product/service knowledge and apply it to client interactions
• Participate in training modules covering customer success, banking basics, and sales support
• Practice professional communication, interviewing, networking, and resume-building skills
• Complete an internship placement with hands-on experience at leading Chicago-area organizations
• Work Monday–Friday during program hours and follow program and internship schedules

Who We’re Looking For

This opportunity is ideal for motivated, coachable candidates who want to launch a career in customer success, sales support, or financial services.

• High school graduate or GED recipient
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday for the full program duration
• No completed bachelor’s degree (this is an entry-level program)
• Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
• Interest in client relationships, problem solving, or customer service
