What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Customer Success opportunity delivered through an intensive training + internship program. You'll learn customer-facing skills and banking-related product knowledge and apply them during a paid internship phase. Typical responsibilities include:
- Support customer-facing learning modules and simulated client interactions
- Build product and service knowledge to support customer success scenarios
- Practice professional communication (phone, email, chat) and conflict resolution
- Participate in networking, interviewing, and resume-building workshops
- Work on team projects that simulate real-world sales / service operations
- Complete internship assignments at partnered organizations in the Bay Area during the placement phase
Who This Role Is For / Eligibility
This program-targeted position is designed for early-career candidates who want structured training and a pathway into customer success, financial services, or sales-support roles.

- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
- Motivated to learn both technical and professional skills
- Do not hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Willing to complete any required screening questions
