What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Customer Success / Customer Experience training pathway designed to prepare you for internships and full-time roles in customer-facing and banking support functions. In this program you will:

  • Learn core customer success skills: customer-centric communication, problem solving, and relationship-building
  • Complete technical and professional training focused on banking fundamentals and customer support processes
  • Participate in mock interviews, resume building, and networking workshops
  • Work on hands-on projects that simulate real customer interactions and business operations
  • Be placed into a supervised internship with a partner organization in the Salt Lake City area (placement depends on program eligibility and availability)

Who We’re Looking For

We encourage applicants who are motivated, coachable, and eager to jumpstart a career in customer success, sales support, or finance-related roles.

Minimum eligibility requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Have not obtained a Bachelor’s degree
  • Available Monday–Friday for the program duration (attendance is required)
  • Highly motivated to learn both technical and professional skills

Preferred attributes:

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Customer-service mindset and an interest in finance or banking
  • Willingness to participate actively in workshops and internship placements
