Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking motivated candidates for an Entry Level Customer Success opportunity in Jersey City (Uptown), NJ. This is a one-year (or less) training program combining classroom learning, hands-on internships, and career support designed to launch your career in customer experience, banking support, or related client-facing roles.
What You’ll Do
- Learn customer experience fundamentals and product/service knowledge through structured classroom training
- Build strong customer relationships and develop a customer-centric mindset
- Receive technical and professional instruction focused on banking or customer success workflows
- Participate in internship placements with partner organizations (internships may include regional financial institutions)
- Practice business communication, interviewing and networking skills
- Develop a job-ready resume and receive ongoing coaching and placement support
- Follow program schedule Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Available Monday–Friday for the program duration
- No Bachelor’s degree obtained (this is a requirement of the program)
- Highly motivated, coachable, and eager to learn professional and technical skills
- May be required to complete additional screening questions during application
