What You’ll Do
This is an entry-level Customer Success / Customer Experience training pathway designed to prepare you for client-facing and finance-related roles. In this program you will:
- Complete technical and professional training focused on customer experience and finance fundamentals
- Learn product and service knowledge and develop a customer-centric mindset
- Participate in internship placements with leading financial organizations across the Bay Area
- Build professional communication, interviewing and networking skills
- Develop resume, job-search and workplace readiness skills with ongoing coaching and mentorship
- Work Monday–Friday during the program and be available for internship assignments as scheduled
Who We’re Looking For
You should apply if you meet the eligibility criteria and are motivated to start a career in customer experience or financial services:
- A high school graduate or GED recipient
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Not currently holding a bachelor’s degree
- Available Monday–Friday for the duration of the program
- Strong interest in building relationships, learning quickly, and working in client-focused roles
- Willing to complete program screening questions and any required onboarding steps
Training, Compensation & Career Growth
- Program length: one year or less (classroom training followed by an internship phase)
- Internship stipend: participants in the internship phase earn an educational stipend (reported at $525 per week during internship)
- Estimated annualized salary for graduates: $56,518 (estimated)
- Career pathways after program completion may include:

- Ongoing placement support and coaching to help you transition into full-time roles after graduation
Location & Schedule
- Program start and primary location: Concord, CA (with internship placements across the San Francisco Bay Area)
