Overview

Confidential Client is hiring for an entry-level Customer Success opportunity in Bloomfield, PA. This role is part of a one-year or shorter workforce development and training program that combines classroom learning, hands-on internship experience, and career placement support. The program includes a paid internship phase with a weekly educational stipend and targeted finance and customer experience training.

What You’ll Do

• Participate in an intensive training program covering customer experience fundamentals, finance basics, and professional skills.
• Complete an internship placement with a financial services partner in the Pittsburgh area to apply learned skills on real projects.
• Learn product/service knowledge and develop a customer-centric mindset while supporting customer-facing operations.
• Practice professional communication, interviewing, networking, and resume-building skills.
• Work Monday–Friday throughout the program period and participate in coaching and mentorship sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available Monday–Friday for the full program duration.
• No bachelor’s degree required (this program is intended for candidates without a 4‑year degree).
• Highly motivated to learn technical and professional skills and engage in internship work.
• You may be asked to complete additional screening questions during the application process.

• Estimated annualized salary (for similar roles): $50,150 per year (estimated).
• Role type: Contract.
