What You’ll Do

Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Customer Outreach Specialist to join an in-person outreach team in Manhattan. This is an entry-level, full-time W-2 role ideal for candidates who want hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations with nationally recognized brands.

• Engage with customers through face-to-face outreach campaigns across New York City.
• Represent Confidential Client’s partner brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Educate consumers on products and services and build meaningful customer relationships.
• Generate new customer acquisitions and help the team meet individual and group goals.
• Participate in daily training on communication, leadership, sales techniques, and professional development.
• Work collaboratively with a motivated, goal-oriented team in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and coachable mindset.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn; comfortable in customer-facing settings.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, athletic, or leadership experience is a plus.

Location Requirement

This is a full-time, in-person role based in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. Applicants should currently reside within commuting distance of Manhattan or be planning to relocate before the start date. Remote and hybrid work are not available.
