  • Help develop and maintain project schedules, identify critical path activities, and report progress
  • Perform document control and configuration management for project records and submittals
  • Assist with cost tracking, change management, and basic project controls activities
  • Work on-site to support Site Engineer tasks: layout, QA/QC observations, coordination with subcontractors and inspectors
  • Use data and construction technology tools to support project reporting and decision-making
  • Help prepare meeting minutes, RFI logs, and as-built documentation to support project closeout

What You’ll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related field
  • Basic knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction processes, delivery systems, and construction components
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for document control and schedule tracking
  • Good communication skills — able to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and project stakeholders
  • Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future

Nice to Have / Preferred

  • Previous construction experience or internship on a construction site
  • Familiarity with project controls tools (scheduling software, cost-tracking spreadsheets, document management systems)
  • Basic understanding of construction safety practices and QA/QC procedures
  • Experience with BIM, digital construction tools, or data visualization is a plus

Why Join

  • Hands-on training and mentorship from experienced construction and engineering professionals
  • Exposure to a variety of project types (horizontal and vertical construction) to develop a broad skill set
  • Clear career pathways into Project Controls, Site Engineering, or Construction Management roles
  • Work for a Confidential Client in the Engineering industry that invests in professional development
