What You’ll Do
Confidential Client is hiring entry-level Construction Management professionals to support construction projects across Manhattan and other U.S. locations. In this role you will support Project Managers and construction teams on both horizontal and vertical construction projects, contributing to successful delivery of projects on time and on budget.
- Support Project Managers with document control, project controls, and site engineering tasks
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules and identifying critical activities
- Help track budget and schedule performance and report on variances
- Maintain and organize project documentation and change logs
- Use construction technologies and data analysis tools to improve project delivery and decision-making
- Coordinate with design, engineering, construction, commissioning, and maintenance teams as needed
- Participate in-site observations and support field coordination under guidance from senior staff
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a closely related field
- Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction processes, delivery systems, and construction components
- Ability to support Project Managers with routine project controls and documentation tasks
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship, now or in the future
Nice to Have / Preferred
- Previous experience (internship, co-op, or work) in construction or construction support roles
- Familiarity with roles such as Document Control, Project Control, or Site Engineer
- Experience using scheduling or project-control tools and basic data-analysis approaches to support project decisions

Compensation
Estimated salary (source): $93,116 per year — estimated. Actual pay may vary based on experience, role, and location.
