Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry-Level Communications Specialist to support marketing and communications for high-end commercial coffee equipment. This is a full-time role based in Saint Francis, WI, working with cross-functional teams to create content, run customer outreach, and help coordinate events and product launches.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in developing marketing content and materials that highlight product features and capabilities.
- Manage and coordinate email communications, promotional campaigns, and customer outreach initiatives.
- Support the outside sales team with marketing and product resources for customer conversations.
- Work with engineering and operations to gather product details and communicate new product launches and updates.
- Help coordinate trade shows, events, product promotions, and related logistics.
- Track outreach activity and prepare monthly reports to measure engagement and communication results.
- Maintain marketing files, product information, contact lists, and other internal resources.
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings and coordinating projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in communications, customer service, marketing, or sales.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact professionally with customers and internal teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working across teams (sales, engineering, operations) and supporting events/trade shows.
Preferred (not required):
- Experience with basic email marketing tools, CRM systems, or Google/Microsoft productivity suites.
- Interest in product marketing for manufacturing or hospitality/foodservice equipment.
Compensation & Location
- Location: Saint Francis, WI (onsite / hybrid as determined by the client)
- Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
- Benefits: PTO, 401(k) match, dental, vision, hybrid opportunities
- Employment type: Full-time
