Position Overview
Confidential Client is hiring an Entry Level Communications Representative to support day-to-day communications, client engagement, and content activities. This is an hourly, entry-level role ideal for a recent graduate or someone starting a career in communications, PR, or marketing. You will support internal and external messaging, assist with campaigns, and learn hands-on from experienced communicators.
What You’ll Do
- Assist in drafting and editing internal and external communications including emails, newsletters, and press materials
- Support the development and execution of communication and promotional campaigns
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand voice and messaging
- Monitor and help manage social media channels and content scheduling
- Respond professionally to general inquiries from clients, media, and the public
- Assist with basic reporting and tracking of communication performance metrics
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content management systems
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team; eager to learn and take direction
- Positive, professional approach to client and stakeholder interactions
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: USD 16.50 — USD 27.00 per hour (range provided by client)
