Confidential Client in PR, Advertising & Marketing is hiring an Entry Level Communications Assistant to support internal and external communications, social media, event coordination, and media database maintenance. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and growth in a fast-paced marketing/communications environment.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in drafting and distributing internal and external communications, including newsletters and press releases
• Create and help publish social media content; monitor channels and support engagement efforts
• Coordinate logistics for events, meetings, and promotional activities that support communication goals
• Maintain and update the media contact database and communication materials repository
• Track basic performance metrics and assist in preparing simple reports on campaign/social performance
• Provide administrative support to the communications team as needed

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content-creation tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and willingness to learn

• Hourly pay: USD 17.40 - USD 27.35
