About the Role
This is an entry-level, commission-focused commercial real estate agent opportunity supporting a Confidential Client based in Superior, CO. This is a 1099 independent contractor role (full-time commitment expected) designed for self-starters who want to build a book of business in commercial real estate investment sales. You will receive structured training, mentorship, and access to AI tools that reduce administrative work so you can focus on prospecting, advising clients, and closing deals.

What You’ll Do
- Drive new business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and relationship-building
- Research market data and analyze trends to identify client opportunities
- Attend networking and industry events to grow your pipeline and presence
- Advise clients on commercial real estate investment strategies
- Prepare marketing presentations, list properties, and negotiate transactions on behalf of clients
What You Bring
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build your own practice
- Coachable, disciplined, and self-motivated — backgrounds in team sports, leadership, or community involvement are a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or related)
- Real estate license in Colorado is preferred but not required to interview — in-process or active license is a plus
Compensation Disclosure
This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor position. Anticipated annualized commission range: $0.00 to $250,000+. Actual earnings depend on transactions completed, deal size, and individual performance. As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company-paid benefits.
