What You’ll Do

• New business development via client outreach, cold calls, and relationship building
• Prospecting and researching market data and industry trends
• Attend industry and networking events to generate leads
• Advise clients on real estate investment strategies
• Present marketing proposals and negotiate listings

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build your own business
• Coachable, disciplined, and driven — backgrounds in athletics, leadership, or community involvement are a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred (business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or related)
• Real estate license in the state where you will work (helpful; not required to interview)

Compensation & Work Type

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is commission-only and will vary based on individual performance, transaction volume, and market conditions.

• Anticipated annualized commission range (for pay-transparency compliance): $0.00 to $250,000+
• Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits; this role is not eligible for company-paid benefits
• Actual earnings depend on the number and size of completed transactions and may vary significantly

Note: Classification as an independent contractor is determined by the client according to applicable federal, state, and local laws.
