What You’ll Do
- Build your own business through proactive new-business development (cold outreach, referrals, networking)
- Prospect, research, and analyze market data and property trends
- Attend industry and community events to grow relationships and market presence
- Advise clients on investment strategy and market opportunities
- Prepare marketing materials, present proposals, and negotiate listings and transactions
- Maintain pipeline and CRM records; follow a disciplined prospecting cadence
- Collaborate with managers and senior agents on deal strategy and client introductions
Who You Are
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build a client-facing business
- Coachable, disciplined, persistent — able to manage time and follow a repeatable outreach process
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients
- Comfortable working as a 1099 independent contractor and managing variable income
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred (business, finance, real estate, sales, marketing, or related fields) — not required
- Real estate license in the state where you will work is preferred but not required to interview
- Reliable transportation and willingness to meet clients and attend events in-market
Compensation & Working Model
- This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role with unlimited earning potential.
- Compensation is commission-only and varies by transaction size, individual performance, and market activity.
- In accordance with applicable state and local pay transparency laws, the anticipated annualized commission range for this role is: $0.00 to $250,000+. Actual earnings will vary.
- As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company-paid benefits.
