What You’ll Be Doing

• New business development through outreach, cold calling, and relationship building
• Prospecting, market research, and analysis of industry trends
• Attending networking and industry events to grow your pipeline

Who You Are

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong desire to build your own business

• Real estate license in the state where you will work (preferred but not required to interview)
• Willingness to work as a 1099 independent contractor and manage a client pipeline

Compensation & Employment Type

• Employment type: Full-time (1099 independent contractor)
• Compensation: 100% commission-based; pay is commission-only and derived from closed transactions
• Anticipated annualized commission range (pay-transparency): $0.00 to $250,000+ (actual earnings will vary by transactions, market conditions, and individual performance)
• As an independent contractor, company-paid benefits are not provided
