What You’ll Do
You will operate as a business developer and advisor in commercial real estate investment sales. Typical responsibilities include:
- New business development through outreach, cold calling, and relationship-building
- Prospecting, researching market data, and tracking industry trends
- Representing clients at networking and industry events
- Advising clients on investment strategies and presenting marketing materials
- Negotiating listings and managing transaction processes from prospect to close

Compensation & Work Status
This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Compensation is commission-only and varies with transactions completed and market conditions.
- Anticipated annualized commission range (for transparency and compliance): $0.00 to $250,000+
- Independent contractor role — not eligible for company-paid benefits
- Unlimited upside driven by individual performance and deal volume
Location & Licensing
This opening is in Irvine, CA. A California real estate license (or the ability to obtain one) will be required to produce transactions in-state; license is not required to interview.
