What You’ll Do

From day one you’ll be building your own business in commercial real estate investment sales. This is a sales and business-development role focused on originating and closing commercial transactions.

• New business development via client outreach, including cold calls and relationship building
• Prospecting and researching market data and industry trends
• Attending networking and industry events
• Advising clients on real estate investment strategies
• Preparing and presenting marketing proposals; negotiating listings and deals

Who You Are

We want self-starters with an entrepreneurial mindset who are coachable and driven. No prior commercial real estate experience is required — recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Coachable with a strong work ethic
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Backgrounds in athletics, leadership, or community involvement are a plus
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred (business, finance, real estate, sales, entrepreneurship, economics, marketing, or related)
• Real estate license in the state where you will work (required for practice; not required to interview)

Compensation & Employment Type

This is a 100% commission-based, 1099 independent contractor role. Compensation is earned solely from commissions on completed transactions and varies by performance, transaction volume, and market conditions.

• Employment type: Independent contractor (1099), commission-based
• Anticipated annualized commission range (for pay-transparency compliance): $0.00 to $250,000+
• Actual earnings will vary and depend on the number and size of completed transactions
• As an independent contractor, this role is not eligible for company-paid benefits
