Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Client Representative in West End, PA to represent national brands at retail and promotional events. This is an entry-level, face-to-face customer engagement role ideal for candidates launching a career in sales, marketing, or customer experience. Estimated compensation: $52,911 per year (pay may be hourly; see What We Offer). Local travel will be required.
What You’ll Do
- Represent client brands at retail locations and promotional events
- Engage customers directly to identify needs and recommend products or services
- Demonstrate product features and explain benefits in a customer-focused manner
- Support execution of marketing and promotional campaigns on-site
- Capture and maintain accurate records of sales, leads, and customer feedback
- Collaborate with teammates and site leadership to meet campaign targets
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s preferred
- 0–3 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a face-to-face, retail or event environment
- Positive, professional attitude and eagerness to learn
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Interest in building a career in sales, marketing, or business development
