What You’ll Do

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering professional, responsive, and personalized support.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and text to answer questions, provide updates, gather information, and explain next steps.
  • Conduct client conversations to understand individual goals and circumstances and provide accurate guidance.
  • Collect, review, and organize client documentation and records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain detailed client records, communications, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
  • Coordinate client requests and applications from initial contact through completion, keeping clients informed and on schedule.
  • Review sensitive information carefully and use sound judgment to help determine appropriate options.
  • Explain products, processes, requirements, and next steps clearly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are addressed efficiently and correctly.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations.
  • Participate in comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Psychology, Finance, or a related field preferred (May 2025 & May 2026 graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Strong customer service or client-facing experience and a genuine interest in helping people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients, tasks, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, reviewing information, and managing detailed documentation.
  • Patient, professional, and confident communicating with a diverse range of clients.
  • Coachable and eager to learn; able to retain and apply information from an extensive training program.
  • Motivated, dependable, and committed to professional growth.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and as part of an onsite, collaborative team.
  • Previous client-facing experience (customer service, administration, hospitality, communications) is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to successfully complete required background and credit checks.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Estimated base salary: $57,723 per year (estimated).
