Role Overview
Confidential Client is seeking an Entry Level Civil Engineer to join a land development team on an on-site, temp-to-perm assignment in Wardsville, MO. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent civil engineering graduate or early-career engineer to build practical experience in site development projects using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
What You’ll Do
You will support design and drafting activities for land development projects, working under senior engineers and project managers to produce construction-ready drawings and engineering documentation.
- Produce and revise site development plans using AutoCAD (Civil 3D experience is a plus)
- Support grading, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and earthwork design tasks
- Prepare plan sets, details, and design calculations as directed
- Coordinate drawing revisions and deliverables with project team members
- Participate in project reviews and assist with permit package preparation
- Work on-site in Wardsville, MO (this position is not remote)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- EIT (Engineer-in-Training) certification is strongly preferred
- Entry-level (0–3 years) with demonstrated interest or coursework in site development
- Proficient in AutoCAD; Civil 3D experience is a strong plus
- Knowledge of site development fundamentals — grading, stormwater/sewer systems, earthwork
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multi-discipline team
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work on-site in Wardsville, MO
Employment Details & Compensation

- Work location: On-site — Wardsville, MO (no remote option)
- Estimated pay: $89,226 per year (estimated by source). Exact compensation and benefits will be determined by Confidential Client and discussed during the hiring process.
