What you’ll be doing

• Assisting with civil site design: grading, drainage, roadways, parking, and utilities
• Supporting field surveying to collect topographic and construction layout data
• Preparing construction documents, permit packages, and regulatory submittals
• Collaborating with engineers, surveyors, and cross-functional project teams
• Learning and applying engineering software, drafting tools, and industry best practices

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Strong foundation in engineering principles and a demonstrated desire to learn
• Willingness to perform both office and field work (site visits and surveying)
• Good verbal and written communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Motivation to pursue licensure and grow technical responsibilities
