What You’ll Do

This is an entry-level Civil Engineer role supporting transportation and infrastructure projects for a confidential client in Minneapolis, MN. You will grow technical skills while working under the supervision of experienced engineers.

• Build analytic and design skills on real projects
• Conduct engineering design tasks under mentorship
• Create designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, and final working drawings under supervision
• Collect, organize, and analyze site and project data
• Use engineering software to solve basic engineering problems (Civil 3D / OpenRoads exposure is beneficial)
• Complete assignments within agreed budgets and schedules while following quality standards and project procedures
• Participate in team meetings, project reviews, and client communications as needed

Qualifications

Minimum requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship (see Additional Details)

Preferred:

• Coursework, projects, or internship experience with Civil 3D and/or OpenRoads
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate on multidisciplinary teams

• Employment type: Full-time
• Expected start: Summer 2027
• Salary range (posted): USD 60,132.23 – USD 82,681.81 per year
• Sponsorship for U.S. employment authorization is not available for this position
• Relocation assistance is not provided
• As a condition of employment, newly hired employees are required to attend an in-person Day 1 onboarding at a local office
